Default Help with pattern??

I made the mistake of asking what type of quilt our daughte-in-law wanted. Her response:

"What is the design that takes different shaped triangles and turns them into a flower in the center. Country inn looking"
.

Does anyone have a clue, I sure don't?

A pinwheel? That takes triangles and makes sort of a flower in the center and is country looking...
I'd tell her to go to google images for quilts, take a look and send you a link, or better yet send her pix of quilts you are willing to make

Could be a kaleidoscope with six triangles -

Or it could be an eight-piece kaleidoscope with different triangles in the corners

Oh no, I hope she isn't thinking of a Grandmother's Flower Garden. But then again, there are several star blocks that could be interpreted as flowers. I think the best bet is to let her look for a focus fabric and you choose the block according to ability.
