WOW!! Looks awesome! I love the colours, even tho' I am not an orange person. Your use of the fabric is great. I am sure your friends will be stoked when they open their gift. They are lucky to have you as their friend. Dianne

Thanks, I have checked everyplace I bought fabrics for this and none of them have trike fabric. Just wanted to show you something you could do without the trikes - sort of the same theme. Orange isn't for me either but we will find out on the 12th if they like this quilt!! My DH can't wait to give it to them - I'm surprised he hasn't already in fact!! He is as excited as if it were for him!! Good luck w/your project.

I have a kids panel from Michael Miller C2008 Retro transportation, but guess that's still too much of a "kids" print for what you're looking for. Here's a link to it.

If you search for fabric with transportation theme everything with wheels will show up. I found I think is the mother load here: http://www.bugfabric.com/transportation.htm There is some tricycle fabric on Ebay right now too.

I have been involved with making many raffle quilts. My friends and I have found the most successful (earns most money) are quilts made from 30's fabric. They remind people of their grandmothers quilts. So if you don't find what you are looking for, try 30's fabric, simple pattern like 9-patch and snowball blocks.
You will make money.
You will make money.
