I agree. They are PERMANENT marking pens. There are those fish with more than two eye??? How about a dotted fish like a dalmatian. Good Luck in finding the resolution to your mistake.

Thank you to everyone who offered suggestions. I've tried a couple and so far, NO LUCK! Yes, that is why they call them 'Permanent', I know. So, I either have to be happy with fish swimming upside down or try Beaglelady's suggestion of trying to cover the black eye with the color of the fish and start over. Thanks, again.

I have tried all suggestions from previous years. Hope that someone has a workable idea for removing pigma dye.
