Help ruined my girlfriends quilt don’t know what to do!!

It looks to me that they are 2 sides of the same quilt, both fabrics have the same big-stitch quilting, and the first picture shows the seam between the two fabrics. Both sides could be described as either gray or blue.
Anyway.... I wish the OP would come back and clarify, but alas I don't think that's going to happen.

Lol still looks like one quilt to me! Ok here's what I see: First pic shows both sides of the quilt. Second pic shows the cotton side (if it is cotton), third pic shows minky or fleece side to the front with the appliques on it, and the cotton side to the back.

Second picture - that tan thing? I don't think that's any part of the quilt, I think that's a different textile altogether, like the edge of a pillow or something.
Third picture looks like knife-edge binding. See the spots on the edge that the arrows point to? In the lower one, it sure looks like the bottom edge is fuzzy, like fleece or minky.
I still think all pics are of the same quilt.
Why would the OP post pictures of a blanket or quilt she's not asking about? That doesn't make sense. When she says "It's not the gray one it's the blue one" I think what she is saying is "it's not the gray fabric, it's the blue fabric", not "it's not the gray quilt, it's the blue quilt". Problem is, it's kind of hard to tell from the pictures which one is gray and which one is blue.

I learned something new when I starting working at a fabric store. A lady brought her finished quilt by the store one day to show it to the employees and how nice it turned out. Another customer came in with her dog and he cocked its leg and peed on the quilt - we all about had the vapors. The owner ran into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of Vodka - yes, Vodka. She sprayed it down real good and told the lady to wash it in cold water and then use some nice fabric softener. She called the store and was so excited...it worked - removed all the pee and she couldn't smell anything bad at all. Now, with all that said - since your quilt has been washed and dried - this may not work. It may not work anyway, but maybe it can help in the future. Vodka is a necessity at the fabric store......Hope all works out for you.

I so understand and agree with so many others here about a gentle wash. I would hang it outdoors to dry if that is a possibility for you. I find myself hanging things over my deck railing. Put a sheet under the quilt if using the railing to keep you quilt safe.

Peckish - you have sharper eyes than I do - I thought the first picture showed a knife-edge finish - and the second and third pictures looked like binding to me - but it is a knife-edge finish -
