I am not a huge fan of scrappy quilts but I actually think this is quite striking.

My suggestion, don't look at the blocks close up!

View the quilt as a complete top and it looks absolutely wonderful. I personally wouldn't make any changes, I think it is great as it is.

Love LOVE love scrappy quilts. Gotta get me going on making a strip twist too.
