Hi. New here and needing major help.
Hi. I’m new here. I’m not really great at quilting but what I lack in skill I make up for on enthusiasm. Unfortunately I tend to jump feet first so now I’m desperately trying to find 1.5 yard of a discontinued Joanns Exclusive Keepsake Calico Dark Green Marble Blender Glitter fabric to finish a quilt top.
I’m just so annoyed with myself right now and I feel like surely there’s somewhere I haven’t looked to find this.

Post a picture in info about the fabric you need on www.missingfabrics.com. Someone may have some and they will contact you if they do.

Thanks. My mom is a super duper insanely talented quilter and she said she done it too. Just not with such specific fabric. Lol. Oh well. Live & learn, I guess.

Yes. I did. It’s been discontinued and there was a lone .66 yard remnant at a store 8 hrs away but by the time I found someone to go for me it had been sold.
Yes. I called that store and they wouldn’t let me buy it and then ship it to me. They wouldn’t send it store to store. They wouldn’t let me venmo them money and then them buy it and ship it

That's a hard one. Best advice I have is to figure out how to add in a similar fabric. Either around the edges or blocks placed in corners or along the sides. If you can post a photo here, someone may have it in their stash.

it’s the green. I can get similar UNFORTUNATELY this one has gold glitter speckles.

Have you partially assembled the quilt yet?
I actually think quilts look better with assorted fabrics, so if you are able to sprinkle a similar fabric throughout, you may find it actually enhances the quilt. 😁
