I have been tempted to make a variety quilt like Dear Jane, however in researching it, I don't think I'd like to make it. I am a machine piecer, I like geometrics shapes to patterns. I like easy piecing, like in Rhonda's wonderful tutorials. She comes up with some many easy ways to do something which seems difficult.

I think we need a Dear Rhonda quilt pattern. A quilt made up of a large numbr of patterns (like dear jane) but only with easy to machine piece patterns.

Just an idea.... Hopefully to get Rhonda thinking about????? hint, hint.

I think it would be fun to do one with all the blocks made on the same "grid"

I'm thinking one made up with grids that are multiples of 3 would be kind of fun.

3x3, 6x6, and 9x9.

Well if you like I can pass on some of my favorites. Would you want it to be all one type of block or several diferant quilt blocks each using a differant one of my Blocks?

I have Boston Block /Star Point Block /Wings Block/ Kansas Dugout Block /Drunkard's Path/ 4 patch blocks/ Or combinations of the above blocks, I have scads of quilt blocks already designed so no problem.
