Thanks to all who responded. I will use your advice to spray lighter and get some Sewer's aid. I have Goo B Gone but didn't think to use it for this application- duh!

Me I use the JT and I haven't had a problem with it. I also only use a light spray, just enough to give a bond. I found on this last quilt, if I let it dry totally it helps. I also safety pin in some areas just for security reasons.

I've heard that 505 is good and I use the one in the blue can from Walmarts and I don't have a problem with it.
