How do you know it's time to go to bed?

Glad to read it's not just me!!!! I'm the same, and it's usually a big boo boo ... I sewed by binding on the wrong way around the whole quilt ... really? You have to wonder how I never noticed it over 320 inches LOL

I have done that, too. I wondered the same thing when I went to put the edges together and realized what I'd done. GRRRR!

When I worked, sewing in the evening was a must. Now that I'm retired, I can sew anytime, but the discipline to set a time to do it is sadly lacking. To answer your question, I know it's time for bed because the cat runs back and forth in the hallway and then comes and sits beside me and stares at me until I give up and go to bed! She's a crazy little girl cat.
