How do you make continous binding with just folding

I'm sorry, I know that binding has been discussed in length on here and I have looked at just about all of the responses...I had found somewhere on the internet how to make continous binding by just folding the material, but can't find it....it's not the one where you make a tube, then draw lines and match...it is just simply by folding the piece of material...there was a great tutorial somewhere but for the life of me I can't find it...I have to 2 midsize quilts to bind by tomorrow...I sure hope someone can help point me in the right direction....many many thanks for everyone's help.

Thank-you, these videos helped and now have my binding cut...will join them in the morning and start binding my quilts.....oh hummmmmm, I'm tired already just thinking about it lol...I really really hate doing binding....am really terrible at it....oh well....the binding must go on....
