I save as much as I can on the computer. Not the same as thumbing through a book or magazine, but sure takes up less space which then leaves more space for fabric. :wink:

I have a lot from early 1950-60 era inherited from DDIL's Uncle. Thats what got me interested in quilting some years ago. I still refer to them.

I couldn't bear to get rid of them! I get them out and browse through them once a year or so-my hubby thinks I'm nuts and I am when it comes to looking at quilts!! I don't subscribe to any since I have the computer access, but I still find them at garage sales,ect,. and grab them up!

I love that kind of buying. Thrift stores are also a place to get great finds.

there will always be one more book or magazine that we "want" it will have one pattern that jumps at you and says "you know you want to make me"
