Sob story. Three years ago I started making lists of UFOs and marking them off as I finished piecing, bordering, etc. Then...

In December of 2009, husband lost job. 1099, no unemployment, really depressed economy, ya'll know the story.

Those now finished UFOs got us through 2010, selling on ebay.

So there are no UFOs lurking in my stash. Moral of story, make a short list, put it on wall, and enjoy your work.

oops. I just counted. 25 left but I have finished 2 in the last few months working on finishing a 3rd.Of course that doesn't count all the ideas of things I Need to do everyday lol

I have been working on my UFO's all year. Now don't get me wrong, there have been a few new projects thrown in too. I consider them done if they are all pieced and the backing and binding fabrics have been bought as I quilt by check. I also made a deal with myself not to start any new projects until I had finished an old one. So far so good.

I have 4 quilts yet to complete, 3 for charity and one as a gift. I have about 4 quilts running through my head. I just finished a charity quilt for a cancer patient this morning.

I would be ashamed to mention how many UFO's that I have. But between my quilting and other needlework would guess that I have about 32. Jeanniebelle

It is my goal this year to finish my UFO's. I am down to two. Those will get finished slowly.
