Lately I haven't been doing any quilting. I am trying to get my sewing room more organized and it is taking a long time! When I do get in some sewing, I can't spend more than 2 hours at once. My back gets so tired. But I just found a good, inexpensive back rest at Bed, Bath, and Beyond that I have on the computer chair. Maybe one of these would make it more comfortable to be there longer.

IMHO, getting up/stretching every 20 min or so makes a huge difference.

As much as I want because I am retired.

Weekdays, none unless I do alittle hand quilting in the evening. Weekends, 4-5 hours a day. I'm an oncology nurse working full time, so through the week I'm too tired.

I would spend lots more time on the sewing machine if I wasn't here reading the posts or chatting on the chat. ;-)
