how to remove ink
#13
So far I've tried everything suggested, except bleach. I'd like to keep my skin, but thanks for the suggestion. I didn't have any Pinsol, but that also is to strong for my hands. In between each product I've been washing my hands. So far the best thing has been good old fashioned Lava Soap. It's not quite gone, but sure is a lot lighter.
Thanks for all the suggestions. I knew you'll would respond fast.

Have you tried mayonnaise? I know it sounds weird, but it just may work ... perhaps mixed in with a little liquid hand soap or dish soap? The oils in the mayo will help prevent your hands from drying out. (we use this to take the pine tar off our hands at Christmas time when we clip branches for wreaths, garlands, etc.)
Might be worth a try (it's not horribly expensive, AND you might already have some at home!). Good luck!

Hi,
Ok, I just called my DSIL - he works in printing. I asked how he gets the ink off as he never has any signs of ink on his hands. This is what he said:
10 parts water/ 1 part bleach - he sprays it on and lets it sit for a minute then uses good soap and a good moisture lotion. I always wondered why he wanted silicone glove from Avon LOL
