This is what I would try, first.

Maybe trace it on paper from your first Press & Seal tracing, so that when you go to make another Press & Seal overlay, the designs will be the same.

If you're good with computer graphics programs, you could scan the designs and reduce them to line drawings in Paint Shop Pro (or Photoshop or whatever) and print them out to trace on Press & Seal or to mark stencil material to cut stencils.
