you might want to look at www.mqresource.com Several longarmers have that machine. Membership is free.

I have friends who do and love their machines. It does just what a Statler Stitcher does only doesn't cost the amount of a medium sized house.
I have the HQ16 with the newer bed and trolley system.
There is an online HQ group. I got a lot of help from the HQ people at their site. They are great at answering any questions if you call them. I am sure there is a HQ Educator in your area. HQ can refer you.

HQ Avante with Pro Stitch
Hello,
I am now considering the HQ Avante with Pro Stitch. How are you doing with the pro stitch since you have had it for a little while? Has it been helpful? Is it user friendly?
I would so appreciate your input.
Thanks

I have the prostitcher on my HQ18 Avante and really like it. I am trying to learn FMQ better but do fall back onto the Pro 50% of the time. It was worth the money to me and I would not get rid of it. It does take time to learn all the ins and outs but it becomes easier the more you use it.
