Welcome to the club! I love FMQ. Don't worry about all your stitches being exactly the same length. As long as they are close no one will ever see the difference. And don't lose interest just practicing. Make something real and quilt it! You will be amazed at how good you already are!

It sounds like you're off and running with FMQing. Now it will just take LOTS of practice; have FUN with it!!!

Thank you all for your words of encouragement, why didn't I know sooner that FMQ was such fun, I guess that's because I hadn't found this wonderful site and you lovely ladies. I was supposed to do laundry today but oooooopppss!!!! seems quilting was much more important.
