Kitty, thank you yes that is who I am looking for. If those are the numbers and address off the pattern I have already tried them and they are not working. I will look when I can check the pattern tonight.

Heartland Quiltworks is a shop/website is Missouri. I would assume the owners of the shop did a name check and found no other Heartland Quiltworks no longer being an active name or website.

http://www.superiorstitchers.blogspot.com/ She is listed as the treasurer for this guild and they talk about making that quilt. Perhaps this is the way to track her down.

Linda lee I was excited to see my blog up. I appreciate any help and that really could have been. I am off to check out the other clues.
