I played with the embroidery stuff on my baby last night. I'll post pics later of that. My grand daughter had fun pushing the button to make it start. She made her own teddy bear. What fun. Today was my first day to sew with it. It runs like a dream. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. It's hard to say who is smiling more, me or the kids. I've always said my kids were great, but I didn't realize how giving they are. I am blessed. :D

We are also a Pfaff house. My wife has a 2038, and I have an old 1475. We've never had any problems with either of them that threading it correctly wouldn't solve. The IDT is a fantastic feature. Maybe this is just a guy thing, but when you run these machines, they have a distinctive sound. Congrats on your new machine - can't wait to see your first project.
