Just think; when you wake up in the morning you can say to yourself "hey, I woke up". That is a better start than some people get! I hate it when it seems like I have spent all day ripping out something just to fix a pleat on the back side. Call this time therapy. Sort of a rehab for your quilting soul. I think quilters operate in overdrive most of the time; I know I do. Sometimes I forget to stop and check my oil. For tonight at least, I will stop to wash my windows and scrape off the bug splats that landed on my hood.

Chin up girl. Tomorrow will be better if you allow it. :wink:
