I have two Brother machines and they do not use the same walking foot. When you try the walking foot, turn the speed of the machine way down and hand advance to see if it is compatible. Mine hit the needle on the foot if I put them on the wrong machine, so I used a permanent marker to put the model numbers of the housing of the walking foot. Have a ball getting to know your new baby. What are you going to name her?
