I have the same problem, but I can't see it for another reason...my husband's first wife had White (well, light beige) carpet put in there...can you imagine...white/light beige. It had to be disguised with thread and stash and stuff...it used to be the guest room, then her room, now a sewing room...and they are both gone. Forgot to mention, I also play with polymer clay...so it's colorful in spots. waiting for a wood floor.

FLOOR? I didn't know sewing rooms had floors. Guess I'll have to check to see if mine has one.

I just saw the promo for that Peter Walsh show. It's coming on this next Monday, the 21st. I hope I remember to watch or tape it. But then again I'll identify with the poor lady and know what a lost cause I am.

I like Gold Toe black socks but the last ones I bought are like Velcro for picking up threads, etc. which won't come off. I wore a new pair while working on Christmas projects and now have a pair of socks with crazy quilt soles. Crazy quilt is the "color" of my carpet.

Seriously on the socks. I wear them at retreat and when I wash them, I have to sit down first and remove all the threads. SO funny.

I am cleaning my sewing room, and not only did I find the floor, but I am finding treasures long forgotten.
