Congrats on your new machine. I love my 6600p! If you have never owned a Janome before, you are going to love it because it really is a great brand of machine. I have 5 different Janome's including a 10001 but use the 6600 all the time.

Wow, Helen, I am really happy for you. I also live in Vancouver. I have a Babylock Ellegante, which I love. Haven't done much quilting lately.

DH & I just got back from Portland WITH my new Janome MC6600P! It came with lots of goodies and feet and a large extension table (white, not clear, but that's fine). Can't wait to get it all set up and figure out how everything works!
I have the same machine, and I must say I do love it! Works like a charm! My mother, who has always been a Singer fan, couldn't believe how nice it sews!! Enjoy!

You are going to LOVE it !
Got mine almost 2 yrs ago, the best machine I've ever had - and I've had Vikings, Pfaffs and others. It's a workhorse. From quilts and machine quilting, to denim bags and canvas cushions for the patio ... the dual feed and quilting space are great ... Have Fun & Enjoy !

My Janome 6600 is the most user friendly machine I have ever had. I sat down and starting using everything very quickly.
