Try this seller on ebay: april1930s. She has lots of Singer accessories, new, and could probably tell you what you have already.

I took photos of the feet, but I messed them up. I try again when I get back from vacation.

I haven't. I'm finishing up several quilts I'd started. I don't like changing machines (feet) as it throws off my 1/4" seam. I found that out on the one I'm piecing now. I pieced part of it using another machine and foot, that 1/4" and my machines 1/4" are off by maybe 1/32". Which doesn't seem like a lot but when you are making a block of 80+ pieces it starts to make a big difference!

I plan on using it on the next quilt top I start.
