I can't find the tip either, but an experienced quilter told me to take a piece of cardboard (or something) and make a small puddle of glue. Then take a toothpick and transfer the glue with the tip. Works very well

These tips are usually in the acrylic paint isle. Not sure if they will fit on Elmer's or not, but they have bottles and tips for the paints.

You can purchase them at Joann's. Currently, they are on sale for nearly half price (on-line only). Think I'll order one too!

I just use the tip on the bottle. I bought a special tip and it was to thick and hard to use.

I have used a popcycle stick. Buy a turkey baster, that looks like a syringe, available at a dollar store. I'm really sold on the idea of using Elmer's glue...it works great. Next Fall when school supplies are on sale, stock up on glue. Use it to hold applicate pieces in place, as well.

I use the small Elmer's bottle and only open the tip a little bit, Tried metal tips (had to get online) but found they wouldn't stay on and required more clean up! Have the big bottle to refill the small one and no problems! Saves money, too!

I just did a quick search for: plastic bottle with ultra fine tip on Amazon.com and got a bottle for about $5. I have no idea about shipping. Hope this helps.

Default glue tip

My husband is a woodworker. He had a whole set of glue tips he bought for applying glue to his wood projects. One of them was exactly what I wanted - and it fit the Elmer's bottle. Try some woodworkers specialty catalogs - like Rockler's or Lee Valley. I'm not sure where husband got his, but those are two likely sources. I haven't tried the method yet, but I'm all prepared when I get the courage.

Default squeeze pack glue bottles

I used my husband's squeeze bottle from his woodworking shop. With the tiny adapters you can control perfectly the amount of glue dispensed. You can also do as someone else suggested and purchase the Roxanne glue from LQS or online. It is the same type of glue bottle. I tried to include photo of the squeeze bottle?? The bottles are less expensive at the woodworking websites. We all know if it says quilting on the label it is twice the price
