Wonderful buy. I had two feather weights; one in the cabinet, complete with oil can and instruction book and all the attachments and the other a portable. Someone had used Duck tape to secure the box under the machine because it was falling apart. My husband would not let me keep these old pieces of junk and sold them both; one at a swap meet for $25.00 and the one in the cabinet at a garage sale for $50. Cabinet was beautiful too. Makes me sick now to see everyone buying these beautiful machines.

This sounds wonderful. Sure would love to find a nice one. I love my Bernina but would like to have a featherweight to piece quilts on. If you have any info on one for sale please let me know.
