I like this idea, think i will give it a try starting 2012! I am printing it off and putting it in my sewing room. Thought others might like to revisit this one.

From what I gather, it is a journal quilt. Each day journal on a square whatever event or thoughts, etc, I am going to make mine 5 or 6" square. At the end of the year, you will have a journal quilt top, easy peasy really. I thought it was the a great idea!

okay. i can't even remember to write daily in my big journal let alone writing on a piece of fabric daily.
good luck with your project. most of us can't recall most of our year because it seems to go by so quickly. at least this way you have a usuable record of your new year. it should be interesting.

Ok, am I the only one who thinks this is a neat idea? Come on everyone!

It is a good idea, but in practice it's hard to be disciplined enough to do something every frickin' day. Life gets in the way. You might skip a day, figuring you'll catch up the next day, and pretty soon you've missed a whole week. I have a blog for this sort of thing. If you can do it, I say go for it! It could be a very gratifying project.
