Bravo! Now that is the kind of customer service that will keep customers coming back. I haven't ordered from them yet, but won't hesitate to do so.

I have shopped here several times. The pkg always came quickly and as you say, packaged to make you feel special-like a gift.

I have never been disappointed by either the customer service or quality of product from The Fat Quarter Shop. It is one of my favorite places to order from.
