    That's really nice and simple, too. That's what I need, simple! My quilting is usually some form of grid - I am in awe of all those who can curly-q and feather stitch, but I think that I could try your version.

    Nice work! I will have to try this technique! I never thought/tried to make flowers using walking foot! Actually sound easier than FMQ.

    That looks great! I have a book that gives suggestions for doing this with a walking foot. Foolproof Machine Quilting, I think. I don't really care for the quilts she used, just my own opinion, but the advice looks great. Another book I'll have to dig out and use. (I got it at Connecting Threads on sale, once).
    PS What kind of machine are you using?

    I have a Viking SE - I didn't know there was a book about this- I would like to know if there are more designs to try.

    Someone else asked what kind of thread I used...it was regular poly/cotton.
