It sure would be easier to iron on the starch on the whole piece of fabric instead of each tiny little square!

I will try this next time.

I didn't know about starching. Thanks to all of you for the info. Do you use spray on starch, or the kind you add to the wash???Or do they make that any more? See how old I am.

Sounds like you are dong some hard learning, don't give up! I like to starch some thinner pieces too but: Please remember not to store your fabrics with the starch in it. The starch is great food for little bugs.
