I had a collection of blocks too that were all over the place, no common thread between them except they were all pieced and the same size. I took them to the store and found a multicolor floral in an allover print that captured colors from most of my blocks. Did simple sashing and setting blocks between them in a green to complement the floral and it came out to be one of the most beautiful quilts I have ever done.

Oooh! Sounds so pretty. Can we see it? {I'm always so embarrassed when I ask this question, because I don't "do" pictures anymore. Sorry.} :oops:
