Thanks to all for your help with my colours.
This is what I ended doing still have some more work on it .
Laughed because I went up stairs the other night and my wife had it watching TV.

Looks awesome!
I've got my blocks all ready to quilt for my 1st qayg. I've been auditioning the sashing/joining fabrics I might use as well. And much like you, it's been a tough choice. I decided to get the blocks all quilted 1st, then decide what color to use for joining.
Did you take a pic of the back of your quilt? If so, I'd love to see how it looks.

Black for me. I think yellow is a very dominant colour and you may find it too yellowy! The black makes all the colours pop.

First of all, your blocks are beautiful. I like the yellow or red sashing, but would also consider using a fabric that blends in with the background. With the black, I find myself looking at the sashing and not the blocks.
