    I like the curved ones, but like the point ones as well....the dryer sheets sound good to use.

    I had gone to Joann's and bought a sheet of heat resistant Mylar. I cut out a templet that was 1/4" smaller at the
    top and place it on my Dresden plate and iron. It makes a perfect rounded top. Clipping certainly helps when
    turning.

    I use a lightweight interfacing so called Do-Sew and make them envelope style and applique them on my muslin. Before you turn them make sure you clip the intersections. They turn out wonderful.
