Ideas for Kindergarten blocks!

I would put a darker sashing around the star & then add the pinwheels around that. Even if you had to put in spacers to make the pinwheels fit all the way around Then another sashing around it & just keep building in that order with the other blocks. I think it would make a wonderful quilt.

I looked yesterday at the blue that I had added to the flower garden block and it is awful! Now I have to take all of that off!! and, I want to play with the fake cathedral, and the paper pieced star. SO . . . maybe more 'orphaned practice blocks' for that wall!! thank you ladies, I do feel better about all of it than I did! ;0)

Thank you again! I decided to 'offer' them. I have so much stuff that I really want to do, and while I did finish the star into a table topper, I didn't enjoy doing it. So, I am paying it foward!! Owlamp had asked first, and pilgrim got my color, so I will split all I have of these blues and send 'em on!!
