Identify antique quilt Ohio 1860's?

Thank you everyone! I should have mentioned the faded colors in my original post. You can see them the best in the second photo. There are now two shades of pale yellow in the border that I'm sure were green at one time. The middle border color was only used for the very center of the big flowers. The other now yellow color was used for all the stems and leaves. This was made by my great-great-grandmother who came from Switzerland, but lived in Ohio when the quilt was made. There was a big Pennsylvania Dutch influence in the Ohio town where she lived. I have a few antique quilts from her and other relatives that I have collected, but this was the one pattern I could not exactly track down. Thanks again for all the comments and help!
