Really never have much of a problem as I square up as I go along...1/8 of an inch difference per block can really make a big difference when it is done. I learned the hard way. The 4th quilt I ever made was off and it made me so angry with myself so started making sure each block was the correct size. You can't "fudge" all those blocks and have it come out well. There are other mistakes that the "quilt police" would probably find. Hate it when I know something is wrong even though no one else does. I just say, "I wanted it that way". I would find some use for a quilt top that wasn't square...

I'd call mine "Sew Many Pretty Fabrics." My LQS has such a limited selection and I'm always looking for more fabrics to choose from. Also, my quilts usually turn out square, but not always. However, I've never had anyone tell me that they didn't want one because it wasn't perfectly square!

I would have to call mine "Clothesline Quilts" because there is nothing prettier than seeing a quilt drying on a clothesline in someone's backyard. In my neighboring town, the name of the quilt shop is "Quilt Therapy". It's so true.

The quilt police might lock me up but I never worry about my quilts being squared. I'm not entering them in a competition or show; they are going to people who love me and my quilts!
OMG! They're supposed to be square?!? Mine are however they end up... LOL!

We lived in a small-ish town in KS & there was a combination quilt shop/gun store. It sounds nutty but think about it... you could fumble fabric for as long as you wanted to because your DH would be over on the other side, looking at shot guns!

I think I'd go with "Quilting Chaos" because... well, because I just like the name. But I would NEVER own a quilt shop. Back in the Stone Age, I owned a gift/home dec store called "The Country Peddler" & it was sooooooooo much work. Yes, it was fun. Yes, I got some neat things for my house (all our gifts were hand made which was neat) but man... it was 60+ hours a week. And with a DH who travelled for work & 2 small kids, it was a handful!!!

Seriously, I'd rather see granny panties, than thongs.
