What? Someone didn't do their job ~ there are not different sales in differetn districts... it sounds to me like the Merchandising Manager didn't feel like hanging the sale signs or something ~ all JoAnn Fabrics have the sales!? (I used to be a merch mgr for them in a smaller store) Someone fed you a line of beans, corn & grits... I would be upset and call corporate and mention this to their DTL (district Team Leader aka the stores managers' boss). Sometimes when someone complains about something like this, a good DTL will give you a small gift card for your inconvenience. Be specific. I am not a complainer, but if management is not doing their job like this, the DTL needs to hear from the customer.

I am sorry you wasted your time and gas, hope you had a better day in other area :)
I concur

Me and sis were going to make a run to Vegas today. When I got online to check their flyer, it asked for either zip or city. I put in city and the ad came up with no calicos on sale; just quilters solids. I went back to the ad later and all of a sudden they were on sale. In red it showed prices starting @ $3.99. I clicked on one, went directly back to the same page on the flyer and the sale was gone;prices starting @ $4.99. Flyer shows Vegas as having 3 stores (2 in Henderson). No sale anywhere. So glad I saved ourselves a 2 hr round trip.

I had fun! Didnt spend alot, but flannel was 2.49 a yard, and plus I had the 25% off coupon, so I got a bunch for the back of my charity cat quilt. Also a few calicos, and a book I have REALLY been wanting!!!!!!!!!!!

I mentioned 2 or 3 fabric designers, the same look came on her face. Scissors, thread, notions, yes, there are some good buys. I want the quilt work that I do to last 100 years, thanks to quality fabrics.
I saw April Cornell & Debbie Mumm designs as well as some others I'm not as familiar with. The flannel I bought on accident--it was supposed to be in the nursery prints & panels which were only $1 off instead of the Snuggle where i found it--is very nice quality. Their quilter's flannel is also the thick kind and they now have the "premium" calicos but those might be limited to shelf space and I was in a Super Joann's. If my tiny little local one carries those at all, it would only be a couple bolts.

I'm not going to be around in 100 years so I only need mine to last for 50 and I need to make a bunch in the next 50 years without having to eat nothing but beans and mac & cheese for those 50 years--LOL.

The online versions of the sale flyers are not the same as the paper ones I have. They are missing the little fold out section that has a coupon for 50% off one fabric item, the 40% off Keepsake Calico's and a couple other things.

Yes, I believe the 25% coupons were good for as many uses as you wished during the sale, which ends today.

Darn. Missing it. On a road trip. Leaving the snow in my rear view mirror, headed back to the blooming azaleas and dogwoods.

Debbie Mumms fabrics were 50% off without coupon, so if you have the 25% off coupon good on everything, you get 75% off. I did get a few nice items.
Went back today, Sunday. Guess I should have gone yesterday since the items that were 50% off (notions) sale ended Saturday. Did use my 40% off some fabric glue I needed. Also, the company taking over Joanns is an investment group. They are cutting employees hours and raising prices. Well, it was nice while it lasted!!

Unhappily we don't have them here in the great white north and they don't ship here. I would love to save that kind of money.
