information on cool dumpster find
I was just given a Janome "Decor Excel II 5024". It is a machine from the UK and probably ended up just being tossed as its plug is 220 (looks like it'll fit my clothes dryer outlet). The machine is CLEAN complete with snap on carry case and instruction booklet!
The only thing I see missing is the slide on extension table, but I'm sure I can order that. The problem is that when I go to their website, I get "no results" when I type in that model number. Confused!!

A bit more: http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/jan...ine-parts.aspx
This place also has it on its website for sale: http://www.sewingmachineoutlet.com/j5024.htm
The janome site has a "contact us" tab you might try...
http://janome.com/
Also just Google the name of the machine and you'll find lots of manuals and other info. Good luck!
