Mary...I saw the pictures this morning...what happened to them? I thought they were great for centers...I just don't know about the material content. I was waiting to see what others said because..I'm a newbie too and don't know what would be best. I loved the fabric though. See if you can post it again.

I'll try again when I have more patience/time. Thanks though.

Hi Judy

I did not realize that the end quilt will be 90" square. I wanted mine for a single bed. I still want to join in so is ok if when I send my centre block I send amended sizes for my borders so it is about 60" - 72" square when finished. I do not mind working on others it just I would not be able to use it on my bed.

Hi
I'm very excited about this - only problem is concentrating at work - keep thinking about colours and patterns and trying to decide on my centre!

One thing in the rules I'm unsure about - how do most people do their labels? The ones I've done so far have been on the computer printing onto that special fabric stuff. Do people normally embroider, or use their machine, or is there some sort of special pen?

Thanks

My suggestion is that every use a Pigma Pen to sign the labels. It is a permanent ink that will not wash out or run.

You can, however, decorate it any way you wish.

I'm certainly not smart enough to just figure it out and go because...of course the center looks better on point  I'll think some more, then maybe let ya'll know what it says to cut...maybe you non math challenged folks can help
If your center looks better on point, then make it that way, then just put a border around it to make it square. Know what I mean?

Terri!!!
You are SO good to me! I love you forever!
I'll be anxiously haunting the mailbox.
My girlfriends are coming over today to help lay vinyl tiles in my LR, DR, and hall. These are the girls that you made the totes for. They love them so much! Always carrying them everywhere. I'm going to show them your picture today, with your purty new hair!

lol
Don't start haunting the mailbox for at least 2 weeks. It's going to take me about a week to get home, then I'll have to mail it out to you. Can't mail it from here because I have to add something to it and that something is at my house, not here at daughters.
Have fun with that tile floor.

So many things to do once I get back home. Will have to sew diligently to get everything done, especially the square for this round robin.
I think I know what I'm going to do, but will most likely change my mind about 10 times before I actually do it.
