WooHoo!! You will love it!! I have over 5 million stitches on mine - no TruStitch but now the quilting is the most fun of the whole quilting process!! It's worth it to get the thingy to replace the foot so you can switch to the different feet - ruler foot, open toe foot, couching foot. Enjoy it!!

    Thanks, everyone.
I spent the first while getting the tension adjusted using Jamie Wallen's video and now I'm good to go!
I doubt that I will use the Tru Stitch. When I've used this same machine before, except in the Pfaff model, I didn't care for the Tru Stitch. It just got in the way.

Oh, oh, oh....so happy for you! Since you posted a few weeks ago about being on the hunt for a mid-arm, I'm starting to look also, and decided to start saving--$5.00 so far. Go ahead and giggle, only $6994.00 to go! At that rate, maybe in a few years, that will give me more practice time since I'm awful at FMQ at this point! Seriously, I really am happy for you!

    San Luis...No giggling here.

Once you save up some, look on Craigslist, Kijiji, etc for used machines. The one I purchased was 4 years old, one owner, only has 500 000 stitches on it and was less than half price! I had to drive aways, but it was worth it.
