I have sat for 3 hours although. It felt like all day undoing 2 blocks I had sandwiched and quilted in order to put new tops on tomorrow. I had used a fancy stitch and it was so difficult even my eyes have had enough.see ya all 2morrow.

I cut out the templates For the A, B, C, D, E pieces of the diamonds. I cut the fabric for the A,B,C pieces. Yikes -- that was it for almost 3 hours work. Oh well... It takes what it takes. Will try to do more tomorrow.

Just finished the borders on my latest scrappy quilt. I have some ideas on how to quilt it, but haven't decided for sure. Guess I should take a break and sit and stare at it and let my mind wander for a while. Sometimes that gives me ideas! All, enjoy your quilting time this weekend and don't forget the pictures! Jan in VA, it was start and stop when you wanted! Open door policy

I haven't gotten as much done as I wanted. Just haven't been able to get motivated. I did sign up for a quilt class our guild is offering in a couple weeks with Darlene Zimmerman. And I thought about the next projects I want to work on. I started sewing a bow tuck purse this afternoon. I really hope my motivation comes back tomorrow!

Got 2 Bow Tucks done..just need to get buttons...That will make my DD and DGD happy for now. After that sat with my foot up for a while, because it is swollen beyond recognition..(a combination of blood clot issues and meds I have been on since my hospital stay a few days ago) If I get any relief, I want to start piecing a D9P for another DD...

Love the scrappy quilt! Those are my favorites!! Been saving scraps of various sizes to do one!

One done purse size and then one scaled down to a child!

Thank you for the compliments on my scrappy quilt! The pattern is called "Floral Garden Charm" and is available for free on the RJR Fabrics website (www.rjrfabrics.com) under the Free Patterns -> All Patterns pull-down. It's a very easy and straightforward pattern and a great one for using lots of scraps! Enjoy - Boscobd
