I think you may find the pattern in the book of Agave Garden .. at Quiltworx.com.. it is so close to that one ,someone just change a small bit of it , but so so so close..its Judy Niemeyer Quilting..

With out a better picture to look closer at the seams... to me it almost looks like a Lone Star quilt, with the diamonds being made in Log Cabin fashion. And then the squares for the settings around the Lone Star being made with the spikes. Can you tell us where you got the picture, perhaps that book or website may be helpful in finding the name of the pattern.
