I have seen a lot of posts about labels using an inkjet printer. Is there a way to use your computer that doesn't have a inkjet. We have a Kodak all in one printer. Currently i have been using perm. ink pens for my labels but would love to make fabric type labels for my quilts. Any ideas?

Isn't the Kodak an inkjet printer? Do you mean that you don't have it hooked up to a computer? Or is it not an inkjet?

You should be able to print them on any inkjet printer that prints out on paper.

Where did you get the fabric sheet? I was going to try the freezer paper method from DIY. Are the fabric sheets water proof?

Printer fabric is available at JoAnns in pkgs of 8 1/2x11 sheets in the quilting notions aisle. Not waterproof, but directions tell how to "set" the ink so it won't wash out.
Your printer is most likely inkjet. If laser you would know by the high price of the toner.

I just bought some June Taylor sheets...they are a little bit cheaper than the other brand. Worked great!!! Just follow the directions. I bought the package of 3 for $9.99 but got $5 off due to coupon they have in ad plus an additional 10% off with my Joanns VIP card. Good luck.
