Gosh he looks so much like our grandson who is also autistic. I have been going to make him a quilt out of his tshirts as he always likes the ones with goofy sayings. Didn't know if he would like it now I hope to kick it in high gear and get it done!! Going to be hard with spring just around the cornor tho. Don't do much sewing in the summer. I like to garden to much

Sorry for your loss. I have worked with autistic children for some time now and each is a joy in their own special way. Your young man certainly must have a sensitive nature and kind heart. Sending by best to Darien, you and the rest of your family.

I have always known, especially since joining this board, that women who quilt are so special. They have such warm hearts. The comments made on these two threads I have posted have proven this to me again. I love my quilting family. Thank you all. Donna
