Here's a huge Carpenter's Wheel... I just enlarged the blocks and added another round to get it up to the size I wanted.

How big were the pieces - I mean, the finished size of the HSTs and solid blocks? Gorgeous results, btw.

With 3" squares, this quilt will finish at 61" without adding any more borders - is that going to be big enough for you?

The first one had 5" finished squares and the quilt will be 101" square - and I'm thinking I will probably need to put at least a 5" border around the right, left and bottom sides of the quilt to make it better for a king-size bed. (Especially if you're sharing with a blanket-snatcher. )
