    I may be making a log cabin quilt soon, still looking at my quilt books to decide. I have made several variations and one regular. Good luck, just be sure that you like your fabric choices, no right or wrong way to make anything relating to quilting.

    thanks! I have really gotten some great ideas tonight and I think I am ready to start cutting some fabric!

    It's all up to you to decide how you want it to look. I like it when it's a little different, not all the same, most of the time, but sometimes it looks good all the same. I guess I'm not help at all! LOL!

    Take a look in the gallery and see what you like. The only rule I follow is light on one side and dark on the other.
