Default Long or arm with Zigzag?

I've been looking at mid arm sit down machines and really would like to find one with a stitch regulator that has both a straight stitch and a zigzag stitch. Is there such a thing?

The sit down quilt machines are the same long arm machine heads and do not have feed-dogs. Without feed dogs they could not do a zig zag stitch. Sorry, I think you are out of luck.

Conversely, you could get a domestic sewing machine with a deep throat and use it sideways.

There is a Babylock with a big throat, feed dogs, and a reasonable number of decorative stitches. It looks interesting. But you can’t have a zig zag or any other decorative stitch without feed dogs.

I did a google search for long arm zig zag machine.....and it looks like there are a few out there that are sit-down machines....looks like some are industrial machines and used for working on sails and canvas. the one I looked at was about $5000 ...don't know if feed dogs drop if you want that....I did not look that closely at the specs
