I am in need of the long fingerbolt for my 20 year old Jasmine frame. I have enjoyed my 3-rail frame all these years and now find that the Co. phone# listed does not respond to my request, nor have I received a letter in response to my correspondence. I would like some help with this problem.

Hardware stores have bolts of all sizes. They should have one.

Farm supply stores often have the large hardware for good prices. Measure it or take the broken one to them for a replacement.
