That's a rebadged Handi Quilter Moxie and Loft frame if you want to get more familiar with it.
You will have to take the machine head off and recheck/relevel the frame each time you want to change height, so don't plan on changing frame height on a regular basis.

Have you actually tried sitting and quilting on a frame? I would strongly suggest you do so before buying. If you want to sit and quilt, have you considered a sitdown quilter? I use the Juki sitdown and really like it. Not so much because I get to sit, but because I am better at moving the quilt around than moving a heavy machine head around. I have better control. You need to try out different setups (perhaps at a show) before you decide. Good luck!
