I love their tutorials. I watch them over and over just to make sure I can do it myself.

For all the people who read this thread, it would be great if you sent a quick email to the Missouri Quilt Company about how considerate it was for them to add CC for hearing impaired individuals. Getting great feedback would let them know how important and well recognized good customer service is.

I am going to write an email now.

I wrote them a thank you note. This was awful nice of them to do this for people who are hard of hearing.

What a great thing to do. I really appreciate the time and effort that is put in the tutorials and the blog write ups. The blog is super nice. I hope to visit the shop one day too.
